Booking Policies:

• Payment. Accepted forms: cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Apple Pay, Afterpay, Zelle, and cash.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. Example: if your appointment is on Saturday at 10 am, you must cancel or reschedule by 10 am on Friday. If you fail to do so, your card on file will be charged 50% of your service price.

• Late policy. There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it’s possible that your appointment will be canceled. This is dependent on your booked service and my workload that day. If I am unable to service you due to your tardiness, your card on file will be charged 50% of your service price and you will have the option to reschedule.

• No show. You will be considered a no call no show if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without notice or if you fail to show for your appointment. This will make you ineligible to book future appointments with me and your card on file will be charged 50% of your service price.

• Guests. No extra guests are allowed in the room during your appointment unless they are also being serviced or you are under 18 receiving an intimate service.

• Minors. Clients under the age of 18 require parent/legal guardian consent. A parent/legal guardian must complete and sign the required forms, be on the premises at the time of service, and present a photo ID. The minimum age for a Brazilian wax or Vajacial is 16. In addition to the above requirements, a parent/legal guardian must be present in the room at the time of service.

• If you are sick or have symptoms such as cough, fever, nausea, body aches, vomiting, or diarrhea, please contact me ASAP so that we can reschedule.
